- We reserve the right to decline any request that does not align with our expertise or policies.
Payments & Refunds
- Payments must be made before service delivery, as per the pricing agreement.
- All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced.
- If a request is canceled before work starts, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.
- Any disputes regarding pricing or deliverables should be reported within 1 day of service completion.
Service Delivery & Revisions
- Completed work will be delivered within the agreed-upon timeframe.
- If revisions are needed due to errors on our part, we will provide reasonable adjustments free of charge.
- Additional revisions or modifications beyond the original scope may incur extra charges.
Limitation of Liability
- Cost Bidding provides cost estimates based on standard methodologies and market data. We do not guarantee final project costs.
- We are not responsible for any financial losses, project delays, or discrepancies resulting from our estimates.
- Our reports should not be considered a legally binding contract or a substitute for professional contractor quotes.
Intellectual Property
- All reports, estimates, and documents provided by Cost Bidding remain our intellectual property.
- Clients may use the deliverables for their own projects, but redistribution, resale, or unauthorized sharing is strictly prohibited.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
